The VIP Terminal is easily accessible to our passengers with special needs and wheelchairs can be arranged if required.
All reservations should be made 24 hours prior to flight time. VIP Terminal is available to all guests, regardless of class of travel. Due to special departure procedures for destinations in the US, guests travelling to the US cannot use the VIP Terminal. Passengers must arrive to the VIP Terminal with their baggage at least 90 minutes prior to their departure. The VIP Terminal is not responsible for missed flights as a result of guests coming late or where the visa documentation to the destination is insufficient, incomplete or incorrect. Guests are responsible to ensure that they have valid travel documents and should confirm any doubts with the airline. Original visas must be submitted in person to the VIP Terminal three hours prior to flight arrival time of guests. Excess baggage payments, is the responsibility of the guests and baggage must be packed in accordance to the airline requirements. Majlis bookings are for a maximum of 4 hours. Extra charges will apply for additional hours. Please ensure that you provide the correct spelling of all passengers. This helps the guest to recognize their name on the board that our staff will hold up at the aircraft disembarkation point.
Where guests fail to identify their names and therefore not met at the gate, they will still be charged in full. Payments must be made prior to guest arrival or departure. In case of bank transfers please note that it can take between 4 to 5 workings days to be cleared and confirmed by our Finance Department. No shows will be full charge. Cancellation policies are applicable as below: • ➀. If the VIP Terminal service is canceled, a refund will be available as follows: ✦ if the Cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the confirmed service time a 100% refund will apply ✦ if the Cancellation is made between 48 and 24hours before the confirmed service time a 50% refund will be applied ✦ if the Cancellation is made within 24 hours of the confirmed service time no refund will be applicable ➁. Amendment can be done 2 hours prior to the service schedule and less than 2 hours will be considered as "No-Show". ➂. No Shows or Service declined for whatever reason will be charged at 100%. Any refund due to you will be paid within 30 days of the date on which you canceled your booking. Please note: When products are booked with a promotional code; no refunds can be given. ➃. In the event of disruption caused by natural phenomena including, but not limited to, volcanic activity and adverse weather conditions, our normal cancellation and refund terms will apply.
